Title: (SOLD OUT) Project Management and Engineering: The Convergence ED106

Description:

Over the last two years, we have brought the Project Management and Engineering series talking about a wide range of issues that affect these two very important job functions. This year, we are on a journey of convergence (PM and Engineers in agreement??) and we bring to you the importance of Resource Management.

Managing resources ensures a successful project and build individuals who are able to thrive and avoid burn out. This session is filled with deliverables and take-aways for the audience in building communication pathways to ensure a better experience for the entire project team. Frank and Jason take you through real life examples of processes and documentation that can help anyone from PM to Engineer and Leadership. Interactive session with audience participation will be encouraged! PM and Engineers united!
